AS5005
Spread spectrum differential silicon oscillator
The AS5005 Arcadium all-silicon oscillator uses frequency synthesis and sensing technologies to provide quartz-free, MEMS-free low-jitter clocks. Factory configuration selects the frequency, output format, pin functions, and SSC mode. Differential outputs cover 10 kHz to 350 MHz, with LVCMOS output options up to 212.5 MHz. Programmable SSC supports center spread up to ±1.5% or down spread up to -3% for EMI reduction. Integrated power supply filtering and industry-standard package options support communications, computing, and industrial applications.
