Spread spectrum LVCMOS silicon oscillator
The AS515 Arcadium silicon oscillator uses frequency synthesis and sensor technologies to provide a quartz-free, MEMS-free LVCMOS clock from 10 kHz to 212.5 MHz with 1 Hz frequency resolution. Programmable spread spectrum supports center-spread deviation up to ±1.5% or down-spread deviation up to -3% to reduce EMI. The pin function can be configured as OE, ACT, or SSC control. Integrated power supply filtering and industry-standard 5032 and 3225 packages simplify use in communications, computing, and industrial systems.
