AS5001
Fixed frequency differential silicon oscillator
The AS5001 silicon oscillator utilizes proprietary frequency synthesis and sensor technologies to provide a quartz-free, MEMS-free clock with a typical phase jitter of 350 fs that supports frequencies between 0.01 and 350 MHz with programmable universal differential driver format.

- Quartz-free and MEMS-free without mechanical moving parts
- Differential output: 10 kHz to 350 MHz
- LVCMOS output: 10 kHz to 212.5 MHz
- Phase noise jitter: 350 fs Typ RMS (12 kHz – 20 MHz)
- Supports -40 °C to 105 °C temperature range
- Temperature Stability: ±35 ppm(-40 to 105 °C)
- Support LVCMOS, Dual LVCMOS, LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL or CML output format options
- Flexible supply from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, no need for any external LDOs
- Standard 5032, 3225 and 2520 package options
