AS5002
Multi frequency differential silicon oscillator

The AS5002 silicon oscillator utilizes proprietary frequency synthesis and sensor technologies to provide a quartz-free, MEMS-free, clock with a typical phase jitter of 350 fs that supports frequencies between 0.01 and 350 MHz with programmable universal differential driver format. It supports 3 configurations with combinations of frequencies and output formats which can be selected by GPIO level.

  • Temperature Stability: +/-35ppm(-40~105℃)
  • Support LVCMOS, Dual LVCMOS, LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL or CML output format options
  • Flexible supply from 1.71V to 3.47V, no need for any external LDOs
  • Standard 5032 and 3225 package options
  • Standard option supports up to 3 IO selectable configurations
  • Advanced option supports up to 9 configurations and spread spectrum clock
