This is an exciting Sr. Product Manager position in a fast-growing semiconductor startup. You will be responsible for the complete product lifecycle management of assigned products from product concept and product definition through product launch and marketing strategy. In this role, you will develop in-depth knowledge of Communication IC markets, applications and customers worldwide. You will work with internal engineering and production teams throughout, and serve as the product and technical expert for sales force in support of driving design wins and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
· Develop business cases for new products and participate in roadmap development
· Work with internal and external stakeholders to validate and negotiate business and technical requirements
· Create detailed functional product requirements and drive datasheet generation
· Engage with early customers and serve as the technical and product advocate
· Develop customer education focused technical collaterals
· Manage product launch including development of competitive analysis, product positioning, pricing and go to market strategy
· Collaborate with sales and operations on forecast and volume ramp
Qualifications & Requirements
· Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience such as product management, marketing, communication system engineering, and/or semiconductor applications.
· Prior experience in DSP, Ethernet, SerDes, PHY, Switch or Timing is preferred
· Prior experience in automotive products is preferred
· Positive, enthusiastic and "Can do" attitude
· Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
· BSEE or a Bachelor's degree in technical field. MBA is a plus
· Fluency in one or more foreign languages is a plus
· Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence is a plus
